Blind dates

The protagonist is Sandro, 40, a history teacher from Tbilisi, who still lives with his parents. His mother has long dreamed about the appearance of grandchildren, but Sandro is not lucky with the women whom he and his friend Yves find on dating sites. After another unsuccessful appointment, Sandro finally meets Manana and falls in love with her. But it turns out that Manana is married and her husband is just getting out of prison on parole. Sandro decides to meet Tengo near the prison building and talk "like a man", but eventually has to call himself a taxi driver, whom Tengo hires for a trip. All three go together on a trip to the other side of Tbilisi - not a virgin "tourist" city, as bright as a postcard, but the mix of rickety shutters of the old city and the gray Soviet blocks where people barely make ends meet, people who still believe in love .
